Reporting to the Supervisor, Contract Administration, the Contract Administrator is responsible for the accurate and timely entry of contracts for Concentrate and Refined Metal products and the maintenance of Customer/Vendor Master Data.

Responsibilities:
- Be a courageous safety leader, adhere to and sponsor safety and environmental rules and procedures
- Cooperate with the Supervisor, Contract Administration and coordinate the timely and accurate input of contracts in SAP ERP system and obtains all required SOX approvals
- Facilitate the timely and accurate input of Master Data customer and vendor information into SAP and CRM systems
- Track shipment schedules and updating contracts in SAP accordingly
- Assist the Supervisor, Contract Administration
- Document and detail the contract administration and master data processes for SOX, ISO, and effective training
- Periodic review of CRM for document and workflow completion;
- Timely collection of required audit documents during periodic audits;
- Capture additional data requirements for Key Performance Indicator tracking
- Provide monthend support
- Provide support during tax audits and periodically reviews audit packages
- Understand, comply and follow TML's internal policies and procedures
- Cooperate with and assist Supervisor, Contract Administration with tasks and projects, as needed
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year work experience working with customers in a B2B environment is preferred
- Familiarity with commodities and/or logistics is preferred
- A college or university degree in the area of business is preferred
- Proficient digital literacy, in particular with MS Word, Excel and Outlook. Experience with SAP and CRM would be an asset
- Good knowledge and experience with data capture and data entry is an asset
- Knowledge and comprehension of sales agreements and contract language is an asset
