You will develop, write, and edit high-quality technical product documentation, and ensure its flawless flow to both internal and external users.

What you will do:

Work in the Development Group (DG) Customer Partner Engagement (CPE) and collaborate alongside the documentation team to deliver product documentation for the software products Ericsson Catalog Manager (ECM) and Ericsson Order Care (EOC).
Learn innovative software product, software development processes, and technical writing tools.
Perform product documentation release tasks such as building, uploading, publishing, and verifying documentation library.
Answer Trouble Reports (TRs) to correct and update documentation for software or documentation defects.
Collaborate with other Technical Writers (TWs) to work on documentation improvements tasks in various formats including audio and video.
Gather technical information from Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and TWs to produce documentation in an Agilebased environment.

You will bring:

Excellent skill in using Microsoft products including Words, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Windows 10/1
Creative skills to develop and integrate different content from different sources in text, graphics, and other digital formats.
Some knowledge of industry standard technical writing tools (such as Arbortext XML Editor, Tagbased editing tool, Schema ST4 CMS, Oxygen XML editor, desktop publishing tools, MS Visio, Acrobat, Ixiasoft DITA CMS, etc.).
Some knowledge of technical communication and documentation standards such as DITA.
Some knowledge of markup languages such as XML and HTML, JavaScript, Java and UNIX.
Concept of Business Support Systems (BSSs) such as catalog management system and order management system.
Concept of the clientserver technology, databases, and Database Management Systems (DBMS).
Desire to work within crossfunctional teams (analysts, testers, developers, and writers) to assimilate documents from multiple authors into a single deliverable.
Completed at least one year of a university degree in Technical Communication, English (Language, Rhetoric or Literature), Journalism, or similar field.
Outstanding English written and oral communication skills, especially in technical writing.
