We offer help and hope to those struggling with alcoholism and/or addiction to other drugs through a proven faith-based program.

Those struggling with addiction, their family and friends, begin their restoration at Teen Challenge.

_Facility Supervisor_

The primary responsibility of the Facilities Supervisor is to perform general building and property maintenance, and to coordinate and communicate with outside contractors, as required.

The incumbent is responsible for the supervision of students.


Responsibilities also include:

performing diversified duties involving repairs, troubleshooting, equipment and tool maintenance, to support the achievement of Teen Challenge Canada's maintenance objectives.

Duties may include tending to the utility systems, performing routine maintenance activities, notifying management of a need for repairs, and cleaning snow or debris from sidewalks and parking lots.

Additionally, the Facilities Supervisor shall ensure that the grounds are maintained appropriately.

The Facilities Supervisor must be knowledgeable about Health and Safety Acts, the proper use and administration of PPE, and WHMIS.


_Work Therapy Coordinator_

The primary responsibility of the Work Therapy Coordinator is to implement, evaluate, and promote the Work Therapy component of Teen Challenge Canada's residential alcohol and drug addiction faith-based program.

The incumbent is responsible for the Work Therapy supervision of all students enrolled in Teen Challenge's program.


Responsibilities include:

ensuring students are assigned and scheduled to appropriate Work Therapy tasks, promoting and ensuring the health and safety of students, training and orientating new and/or reinstated students on proper work procedures, cultivating a respectful atmosphere and work ethic with Biblically-based expectations, while mentoring and guiding students on a daily basis.
