Job Description:


Responsibilities:

Technical stack management

Managing the migration to a Product Data Master to ensure effective employment of resources who manage the data and interface with teams to populate and use the data

Overseeing product data quality assurance and identifying improvement opportunities of how data is input, managed and used

Collaborate with product managers and data analysts to develop product health dashboards covering product adoption, defect trends, and other metrics

Responsible for product operationsmaintenance team, ensuring products are orderable, fulfillable, renewable, maintainable


Increase the efficiency of the product team by collecting, organizing, and analyzing product data to help product management make informed decisions.

Manage the product management operational aspects of the product development process.

Assist Product Management team leadership in rolling out new practices and standards across the Product Management organization carry responsibility for monitoring the adoption of best practices in product management methods

Product Enablement

Strategize, operationalize and implement continuous improvements within the product development process

Compile reporting during flight, encourage and coach data hooks within software and firmware facilitating real time feedback and reporting

Crossfunctional role focused on streamlining product processes, workflows, and collaboration across the entire organization

Customer Feedback Process

How to draw insights for customer feedback

Create effective internal communications so that all teams understand what we are working on and why

Assist UX and Product Management teams in process for quantitative Insights

Continuous team training

Take care of procedures and set up best practices to achieve the teams success.

Setting up onboarding and training programs to keep the team at its best performance

Product Experimentation

Promoting product innovation by creating seamless experimentation processes

Standardizing business processes, such as planning and reporting, to facilitate product development

Program Management

Work along the slide of Project Management, facilitating new business processes due to organic and inorganic growth

Facilitate software program process ensuring consistency and alignment across the business


Qualifications:

Knowledge of content management, workflow management and hands on experience in Content Workflow systems

Ability to do independent research on new tools and propose unique and new ways of building leaner workflows

Strong team player and facilitator who can build consensus across broad and varied stakeholders

Understanding of business process e.g. CRM, ERP
