Job Title:
CSR - Customer Service Representative


Position Summary:


The Customer Service Representative is a pivotal role within our organization, providing essential support to our territory managers, managing artwork coordination, overseeing delivery schedules, creating work orders for production, and addressing customer complaints with efficiency and effectiveness.

This role requires a highly organized individual with exceptional communication skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Responsibilities include but are not limited too;_

Sales Support: Act as the primary point of contact for territory managers, assisting with inquiries, requests, and providing necessary support to ensure they can effectively manage their sales territories.

Artwork Tracking: Coordinate and keep track of artwork submissions from customers, ensuring they are processed accurately and in a timely manner. Liaise between customers and the design team to ensure artwork specifications are met.

Delivery Follow-ups: Monitor and follow up on delivery schedules, providing updates to customers and territory managers. Work closely with logistics and production teams to ensure timely deliveries.

Work Orders Creation: Generate and manage work orders for production based on customer requirements, ensuring all details are accurate and communicated effectively to the production team.

Customer Complaints Handling: Address customer complaints with a focus on swift resolution and customer satisfaction. Implement strategies to prevent future issues and maintain a high level of customer service.

Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, orders, and complaints, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accessible for future reference.

Continuous Improvement: Regularly provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process and suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience.


Qualifications:


  • A high school diploma is required; a bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role, ideally within a similar industry.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to liaise between multiple departments.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
  • A problemsolving attitude, with an emphasis on managing customer satisfaction and resolving complaints efficiently.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary:
From $50,000.00 per year
