Manager Expense Analysis

**Description: - Permanent Full Time- We are hiring a Manager, Expense Management.- The Manager will lead a team of high-performing senior financial analysts who provide budgeting, expense allocation and financial support to senior leadership within Individual Wealth, Insurance Solutions and Advisory Network. The Manager is also responsible for overall expense allocation planning, reporting and analysis across product lines.-
What you will do

Oversight of target setting, budget creation, input and tracking results
Production of unit cost studies on a regular basis to multiple invested parties
Partner with the functional areas to provide financial guidance and knowledge
Lead, develop and support a highperformance finance team
Supports continuous improvement as a method to drive quality, optimize service and reduce cost
Drive results and contribute changes to processes that improve organizational performance and creates a culture of accountability
Translate financial impacts to functional goals and priorities or vice versa

What you will bring

10 years experience in financial analysis with 5 years of leadership experience
CPA designation preferred
Possesses a high degree of financial, analytic and problem solving skills
Able to translate complex financial problems or business/operational goals/events into analysis, and clearly communicate results to individuals without a finance background
Proven experience providing dedicated support to ensure staff development
Advanced Excel skills are required
Build the culture and develop high performing financial business partners
Able to foster collaborative partnerships and act as a financial facilitator

_Given the size and scope of our organization, we have the flexibility for this position to be located in the following head office locations: London, Toronto and Winnipeg_

The base salary for this position is between
$74,500*:
$137,900** annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
