At Pacific Smoke International, our mission is to help people quit smoking by providing safer alternatives to traditional cigarettes.

As the leading distributor of electronic vaporizers and award-winning vaping products in Canada, we've made significant progress since our founding in 2013.

However, we have much more to accomplish for our customers, and we're looking for a culturally aligned Process Improvement Analyst to join our dynamic team located in Markham.

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Process Improvement Analyst who possesses the ability to effect change within our organization.

In this role, you will report directly to the Senior Project Manager and play a vital role in driving process optimization initiatives, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing effective solutions.

You will utilize your facilitation, change management, project management, and analytical skills to streamline processes, enhance productivity, and deliver tangible results.

Additionally, you will exhibit exceptional communication, training, and coaching skills to ensure successful implementation and adoption of process improvements throughout the organization.


The Process Improvement Analyst will:


  • Facilitate workshops and meetings with crossfunctional teams to identify process improvement opportunities and drive consensus on solutions.
  • Manage process improvement projects from initiation to completion, ensuring deliverables are met within agreed timelines and budgets.
  • Demonstrate strong negotiating skills to collaborate with stakeholders and drive alignment on process improvement initiatives.
  • Exhibit exceptional decisionmaking skills to evaluate options, assess risks, and choose the most effective course of action for process optimization.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on new processes and ensure successful adoption and integration.

To be successful you should have:

  • Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Operations Management or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of forwardthinking experience leading process improvement, change management, and project management.
  • Collaborative team players with superior influencing skills, who quickly build relationships easily across business professionals at all levels to move initiatives forward.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive meaningful insights.
  • Demonstrated ability to facilitate workshops and meetings, driving consensus and managing diverse perspectives.
  • Working towards/completion of professional certifications in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma Green Belt) are highly desirable.
