Our offer

Your day-to-day involves:

Ensuring the progression of the mandates entrusted to you while respecting timelines and budget;
Implementing, preparing, and conducting meetings (daily scrums, refinements, sprint reviews and retrospectives, etc.);
Assuming a role of facilitator that favours communication, learning, and collaboration (to resolve any conflicting situations);
Maintaining an uptodate project dashboard that's accessible both internally and for clients;
Proactively identifying and analyzing risks and leading the team to identify solutions;
Issuing detailed followups and building mid and longterm forecasts based on the velocity of the team;
Contributing to the continued improvement of processes and mobilizing teams to optimize deliverables and project quality;
Communicating and promoting the sharing of successes and issues identified by the team;
Ensuring the quality of deliverables and achievement of clients' objectives.

Qualifications:

Conditions for success:

Minimum 5 years experience as a Project Manager on largescale digital mandates (>500k);
Highly skilled in Agile concepts (Scrum);
Comfortable with tools like Jira and Confluence;
Understanding all IT elements of a project: architecture, development, and deployment to fully grasp requirements and guide the team;
Understanding of the different components of web and mobile projects: landing pages, user journeys, navigation behaviours, and mobile devices;
Bilingualism: English and French are essential (international clients);
Agency experience (an asset).
