ConTrac Equipment Ltd is growing and excited to add a full time Service Writer to our team.
Must be mature and professional.

Min of 1-2 years related experience.

Professional communication skills. Reliable and responsible

Job Duties and Responsibilities Include:

Ensuring all paper flow and record keeping for the service department is completed and administered properly and efficiently
Work with Service Manager on daytoday operations of the service department
Open and close work orders
Open and close Purchase Orders for parts and outside labor
Manage paper filing system

Job Requirements and Qualifications Include:

Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and other software.
Administrative duties.
Technical knowledge of agriculture and/or construction equipment is an asset.
Previous Service Writer experience within an agricultural, construction, automotive or other heavy equipment shop is an asset.
