About the role
We are looking for a
DevOps Coach to join our growing team

You will be a member of a team of a dozen professionals that supports hundreds of Intact software developers and IT specialists.

The team provides an ecosystem that allows to create new development environments, create code repositories, launch automated tests, continuously integrate, and deliver software to production, update observability tools and support a continuous improvement approach.

Your role as a coach is to work with the Intact software developers and IT specialists to build up their DevOps capabilities.

Key duties:

Contribute the implementation and continuous improvement of the DevOps COE
Promote DevOps best practices within IT teams.
Keep the DevOps community active and at the forefront.
Implement and improve coaching methodologies.
Contribute to building and improving DevOps capabilities roadmap that Intact software engineering teams can follow to increase their DevOps maturity.
Collaborate with the Agile COE coaches to make sure the Agile and the DevOps practices, processes and methods used by software engineering teams are mutually reinforcing and that coaching approaches of both COE are converging.

Qualifications:

University degree in Computer Science, Engineering or any other equivalent experience.
7 years of IT experience
5 years of DevOps experience
Strong leadership and coaching skills
Strong technical background in architecture. DevOps, cloud, and related technologies
Bilingual (French, English). This role need to interact on a regular basis with colleagues across the country.
