PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Implement action plans to deliver results
  • Manage a staffing plan to drive results
  • Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures
  • Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement
  • Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
  • Coordinates with customers regarding discrepancies and errors in the supply chain process
  • Addresses logístical problems and furnishes solutions to these issues
  • Meets with other managers to confer about products, shipping times, and distribution issues, among many other concerns
Improves business by opening new contracts and enhancing systems


QUALIFICATIONS & RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:


  • 3 5 years' experience in professional environment
  • Knowledge of warehouse procedures
  • Strong problemsolving skills
  • Working knowledge of warehouse / mechanical equipment
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment
  • Excellent talent management and team building skills

Preferred

  • Familiarity with MHE
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems or Ailisxe is a plus
  • Speaking Korean is a plus

Salary:
$24.68-$31.25 per hour
