What You'll Bring:

Fraud Industry Knowledge and Connections

  • Demonstrated deep knowledge of Canadian fraud trends, customer's critical business issues and implications to TU's key markets. Ability to discuss fraud trends at a strategic level that compels and challenges senior leaders.
  • Strong understanding of the Canadian FINTRAC regulations (considered an asset)
  • Deep and broad connections to fraud leaders and decision makers from Canada's Big 7 banks, Monoline, Telecommunication and small/medium FI leaders
  • Strong Knowledge of competitor, including products & data in Canadian market.
Technical Knowledge

  • Canadian Financial experience (Branch, Digital, Call center, fraud experience) and understanding of internal FI decision making process
  • Knowledge and experience using existing market Fraud solutions
Client Engagement/Executive Presence

  • Demonstrated executive presence and able to engage at all levels of customers organization from executive level to working teams.
  • Proven experience and behavior generating commercial opportunities and landing revenue deals.
  • Proven ability to grow revenue and market share by using a strategic, disciplined, and focused approach.
  • Writing/narrative skills and experience with preparing and delivering confident sales presentations and leading/facilitating client interactions.
  • Strong communication with ability to be representative of portfolio of product(s) at conferences, summits, etc.
Leadership and collaboration

  • Experience in solutions consultants and expert to understand customer issues, strategies, processes and solutions fit, particularly in the Fraud and authentication space
  • Strong collaboration with a problemsolving, designthinking, customercentric mindset and demonstrated skills in evaluating situations and identifying multiple solutions.
  • Adept in engaging at various levels of seniority and roles within TU and the customer's organization, and able to effectively and efficiently communicate the impact of solutions.
Key Capabilities
-
Minimum 7 years of strategic fraud experience '
mandatory' with previous experience in Consulting, fraud management, fraud strategy or similar.

  • Sales or sales support experience with proven track record of working with crossfunctional teams to sell and deliver customer solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and motivate other associates.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem solving and decision making abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify, define, address and solve multidimensional issues and problems of ambiguous nature including those that affect operations, associates or finances across more than one department.
  • Financial acumen
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Ability to travel up to 30%

  • Collaborate with team in gathering and sharing insights gained from client and sales interactions on unmet client needs as potential input for highpotential product development/expansion opportunities; plays a key role in capturing voiceofcustomer and ideating on market opportunities and direction of future product investment.
  • Understands, defines and influences how TU products and solutions address critical client issues and contributes as needed in account management.
  • Improve the sales team's understanding of TU's solutions, their applicability to opportunities and the value to customers in order to improve earlystage client discussions and opportunity identification.
  • Leverages internal and external data to understand the market and clientlevel performance from team's engagement in sales; stays current on competitive landscape, works with the product marketing group to capture and document competitor's capabilities and future plans.
