We are currently seeking a
Customer Success Manager to join our growing team.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers get the most out of our platform and achieve their desired outcomes.
You will work closely with customers to develop and execute renewal strategies, identify and mitigate customer risks, and collaborate with teams to drive customer success and revenue growth.
Experience with ChurnZero or similar software, and Salesforce is required.Responsibilities:
- Manage customer relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention
- Develop and execute renewal strategies to achieve revenue goals
- Identify and mitigate customer risks to prevent churn
- Collaborate with teams to drive customer success and revenue growth
- Use software to monitor and analyze customer behavior and engagement
- Utilize Zendesk to manage customer inquiries
Requirements:
- Proven track record in a
customer success management role - Strong experience in a
SaaS business is a
MUST: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Familiarity with ChurnZero or similar software is desirable
- Experience with Zendesk is a bonus
- Experience with Microsoft Teams is a bonus
- Experience with Gong and Outreach is a bonus
- Experience with Salesforce is a requirement

Salary:
$65,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
