WHO YOU ARE:
We are looking for a
Project Manager to join our IT team

The responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Lead and oversee the development, maintenance, and optimization of technical digital projects.
  • Coordinate the integration of thirdparty services and handle custom development efforts.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues and bugs in collaboration with the development team.
  • Conduct thorough code reviews and implement best practices to maintain highquality code.
  • Create and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring that it is wellgroomed, refined, and ready for development.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, customers, and endusers to gather and analyse requirements, ensuring a deep understanding of user needs and pain points.
  • Create detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria to effectively communicate product requirements to the development team.
  • Collaborate with the development team during sprint planning to define sprint goals, plan iterations, and ensure that the team is focused on delivering value.
  • Participate in product testing and validation to ensure that the delivered features meet the defined acceptance criteria and provide the desired user experience.
  • Engage with stakeholders regularly to gather feedback, share progress, and address any concerns or questions they may have.
  • Coordinate product launches and provide training to internal teams and customers to ensure successful adoption of new features.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

  • 5+ years of working experience in the same role or similar.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role, overseeing digital development projects.
  • Strong technical expertise in digital platforms and digital technologies.
  • Proficiency in software development methodologies, especially Agile/Scrum.
  • Exceptional ability to lead and inspire crossfunctional development teams.
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and ecommercespecific optimization techniques.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills to address complex technical challenges.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Detailoriented with a focus on delivering highquality results within project timelines.
