You will provide technical support functions for the range of IT systems implemented in our client's corporate and grocery store environment.


  • Take calls for level 1 support;
  • Analyze and define the source of problems;
  • Provide level 2 interventions for corporate users and in stores
  • Document interventions in a support software;
  • Communicate calls to suppliers, if necessary;
  • Refer level 3 cases to software and/or technical specialists;
  • Follow up on interventions with stakeholders, customers and suppliers;
  • Maintain inventory equipment and repairs of all types of miniterminal devices;
  • Initiate billing notification to the administrative department, as required (miniterminals).
  • When it just clicks
  • Does this sound like you?
  • DEC in computer science or equivalent;
  • Experience in:
- customer service, mandatory;
- technical support, required;

  • POS systems, an asset.
  • Good knowledge of Windows and networking;
  • Organized and autonomous;
  • Strong team player;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Quality work/service orientation;
  • Ability to:
- learn technical aspects;
- manage time;
- be resourceful;
- learn quickly and continuously;
- solve problems.

  • Available to travel to Laval 2 days a week;
  • Rotating schedule including evenings and weekends ($1.25 bonus for evenings and weekends);
  • Languages required:
  • French: 4/4
  • English: 4/4
