Accounts Receivable Supervisor to join our team on a full time basis.

The ideal person will be processing insurance and patient payments, processing and following up on insurance claims, preauthorization and any other duties assigned from the Accounts Manager.

SCHEDULE:

8:00 am to 3:00 pm: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday**:

11:00 am to 7:00 pm: Wednesdays

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

-
3+ years required experience as Accounts Receivable Supervisor:

5 to 7 years in dentistry as dental administrator could be considered
Experience with patient accounts receivable, insurance accounts receivable is mandatory
Highly proficient in MS Office ( MS Excel and MS Outlook )
Experience in optimization of scheduling patient appointments
Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple priorities
