Sales and Development Manager - Quebec Province, Canada - Red Wireless
Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead a team of telephone sales representatives.
- Identify opportunities in the community to expand the sales team's reach.
- Train and mentor team members to improve their sales skills and performance.
- Oversee the team and ensure that they meet or exceed sales targets.
- Analyze sales data regularly and make adjustments to sales strategies as needed.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Devise and implement sales strategies to increase Red Wireless's revenue and market share.
Qualifications:
- A proven track record of success in a sales management role.
- Experience selling wireless and home internet packages or related products.
- Exceptional leadership and motivational abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret sales data.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
- Strong French and English communication, both written and spoken.
