- Provide input and participate in the negotiation of contracts with clients, vendors, suppliers, and other third-party entities.
- Review contracts and identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and contractual obligations.
- Manage the contract lifecycle, from initiation to renewal or termination.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, including legal, finance, and operations teams, to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor contract performance and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Conduct contract training for employees to ensure awareness and understanding of contract requirements.
- Identify areas for contract process improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Coordinates deliverables and plans with other project managers, change managers, communications and SMEs, Divisional & Territorial Headquarters staff.
What you bring to the table:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
- Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to contracts.
- Proficiency in contract management software and tools.
- Experience with telephony, ISP, IT Managed Services, Software and Hardware is preferred.
- Ability to deal with others effectively within a team setting and to use judgment and diplomacy.
- Ability to manage multiple contracts and projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to plan, set, organize and accomplish objectives.
- Strong computer literacy with advanced MS Office 365 software skills
- A critical thinker with advanced capacity for analysis and synthesis
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
