Operations Manager

Homepro Pest Control is looking for an entrepreneurial-minded Operations Manager to join our growing team.

This role will provide a unique opportunity to lead the company's internal operations and report directly to the company's President.

You will develop many new skills, receive one-on-one mentorship by working directly with the management team, oversee projects and internal processes, and have a significant opportunity for professional growth within the company.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead daily internal operations and ensure processes and procedures are executed accurately and efficiently
  • Perform quality control and oversee reporting on key performance metrics
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and streamlining of operations
  • Support hiring, training and development of new and existing team members
  • Collaborate with the team on internal sales and business development activities
  • Work directly with the management team on key projects and strategic initiatives

Qualifications:


  • Strong leadership skills, selfdriven, goal oriented and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to problem solve and multitask in a fastpaced environment
  • Exceptional organizational and timemanagement skills
  • Three to five years' business experience and managing teams
