Skills Required:

  • Resource needs to have SAP workbook creation competencies
  • Manufacturing competencies in Aerospace company
  • Understand of manufacturing process
  • Support to production swapsheet, engineering change requirements and Methods errors fix as required
  • Good to have experience in cabinet making, furniture finishing, upholstery or electrical harness manufacturing
  • Knowledge of SAP and/or Baan
  • Knowledge of CATIA V5

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with engineering, production, logistics and quality functions
  • Investigate root causes of problems and analyze potential solutions by assessing the costs, impacts and risks of a change in production
  • Ensure the feasibility of a change
  • Plan and implement changes in production
  • Develop and maintain works instructions
  • Support the daily activities of production
  • Identify opportunities to eliminate nonadded value and optimize production
  • Support response time to avoid any production stop. Make appropriate changes to BOM list to reduce logistic shortages
  • Good sense of organization, planning and problem solving
  • Clientoriented and good interpersonal communication skills
  • Functional with French language both orally and in writing
  • Functional in reading technical drawings with a good visualization in 3D

Salary:
$90,000.00-$100,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Montreal, QC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • Customer service: 4 years (preferred)
  • SAP: 5 years (preferred)
  • SAP Manufacturing: 6 years (preferred)
  • Aerospace: 3 years (preferred)
