The Life of a Creative Content Producer:

  • Update, create content, monitor and engage on all of the company's social media channels
  • Assist towards our goal of increasing brand awareness, engaging target market and increasing case sales
  • Collect ongoing photography at the wineries and upgrading image library. Including taking pictures, resizing, designing and adding text for marketing purposes
  • Brainstorm and pitch highly shareable and engaging shortform original video pieces
  • Produce and manage multiple video projects from start to finish
  • Collaborate with Winemaking, Viticulture, and Guest Experience teams to organize shoots, delivering on departmental content
  • Create textbased and/or narrated videos to accompany our online content/stories
  • Shoot and edit videos for brand marketing, including onlocation event shoots and productfocused content
  • Assist with the design and creation of marketing POS materials

Some examples include:
Online, social media and print ads. Brochures, posters, product cards, tent cards, feature cards, banners, backer cards, neck tags, shelf talkers, event tickets, and winery signage

  • Assist with updating winery websites, webstores, and constantly evolves these sites to capture our wineries' brand principles in all forms of images, impressions and communications including online ordering

What We're Looking For:


  • Degree or diploma in Fine Arts Design, New Media, or a related field
  • 3+ years' of professional commercial content production experience; experience in wine or luxury brands is an asset
  • Must be efficient with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Media Encoder, Lightroom, Acrobat, Bridge, Illustrator, and InDesign)
  • Superior communication skills, oral and written
  • You thrive in ambiguity and are comfortable with change
  • You put trust in others and never let anyone down
  • You listen, take feedback, respond quickly, and take initiative with a sense of urgency
  • You are authentic, diplomatic, thoughtful, and always have the best intentions

Bonus Points:


  • Second language considered an asset
  • Wine knowledge; ISG or WSET training an asset
