Join a team of marketing and communications professionals working to tell the tell the incredible stories of a company whose mission is "Redefining possible.

Reporting to the Marketing Communications Manager, you are a team player with exceptional organizational and project coordination skills.

The primary responsibilities of the Marketing Project Administrator are to:
  • Assist the Marketing Communications Manager to plan and coordinate marketing projects, for a highly creative team.
  • Perform a variety of project administration tasks, including:
  • ensure project adheres to timeline and deliverables.
- maintain documents during and post project.
- facilitate/support marketing processes.
- assist in the coordination of printing and promotional materials.

  • Manage budgetary requirements, and project reporting and analytics.
  • Maintain RWDI Brand Standards and encourage/drive adoption throughout the organization.
We are building a foundational team. The specific responsibilities may change as the marketing communications team evolves.

  • Experience in administration or project coordination.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills, with a proven ability to organize priorities based on deadlines.
  • Experience thriving in a fastpaced environment with multiple demands.
  • Experience working both independently and within global crossfunctional teams.
  • Willing to proactively identify opportunities and take on new challenges.
