Reporting to the Marketing Communications Manager, you are a team player with exceptional organizational and project coordination skills.

The primary responsibilities of the Marketing Project Administrator are to:
- Assist the Marketing Communications Manager to plan and coordinate marketing projects, for a highly creative team.
- Perform a variety of project administration tasks, including:
- ensure project adheres to timeline and deliverables.
- facilitate/support marketing processes.
- assist in the coordination of printing and promotional materials.
- Manage budgetary requirements, and project reporting and analytics.
- Maintain RWDI Brand Standards and encourage/drive adoption throughout the organization.
- Experience in administration or project coordination.
- Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills, with a proven ability to organize priorities based on deadlines.
- Experience thriving in a fastpaced environment with multiple demands.
- Experience working both independently and within global crossfunctional teams.
- Willing to proactively identify opportunities and take on new challenges.
