Duties:

Perform various carpentry tasks including:
Drywall installation and repair
Cabinet installation
Schematics interpretation and implementation
Mold remediation
Remodeling projects
Blueprint reading and execution
Water damage restoration

Job description
Moonie & Sons Modular Ltd is Looking to add a skilled carpenter to our team. We are a Modular trailer installation/renovation company.

Many of the buildings we work on are transformed into other structures from interior to exterior, so all forms of construction experience is an asset.

Duties may include

new construction, renovation (interior/exterior finishing) framing, stairs, concrete, mechanical, ramps, siding, roofing, window and door installation, flooring installation

Experience on construction site is an must. Must have own reliable transportation.

Carpenter Requirements:

Proven experience as a carpenter or similar role
Proficient in using carpentry tools and equipment
Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques and materials
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
Excellent attention to detail and precision in workmanship
Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team
Positive team attitude, open to learn from other skilled tradespeople
Reliable, and able to get to work on time
Willing to work in varying weather conditions
Strong safety mindset with the ability to follow safe work requirements
Reliable transportation.
Leadership experience is an asset.
