The Office Clerical Support and Services team includes a broad range of office management and support activities that align to various areas throughout the organization.

Job Details

  • Manage activities and all administrative functions for an assigned department, including making sure schedules and deadlines are met
  • Develop and communicate changes in work standards and procedures
  • Assist management with maintenance of department assets
  • Prioritize and manage own workload to meet service level agreement requirements for service and productivity
  • Follow internal and industry regulations and operating practices in completing and recording transactions for either the organization or clients
  • Work autonomously within established procedures and/or be responsible for activities involving multiple steps, systems, and jurisdictions
  • Process transactions could be characterized by moderate risk based on advanced skills and expertise of products and services, processes, procedures and systems
  • Gather and analyze data to identify and solve problems, escalated as appropriate
  • Participate fully as a member of the team, support a positive work environment that promotes service to the business, quality, innovation and teamwork and ensure timely communication of issues/ points of interest
  • Support the team by continuously enhancing knowledge / expertise in own area and participate in knowledge transfer within the team and business unit
  • Participate in personal performance management and development activities, including cross training within own team

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma with over 3 years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in using MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook), and internet
  • Ability to acquire sound knowledge of full product suite, services and processes of business
  • A selfstarter to work independently in a fastpaced environment through strong administration, organizational, planning and time management skills
  • A dynamic, accurate, and effective influencer with cando attitude to exercise initiatives and handle several tasks and changing priorities
  • A strong communicator who can effectively connect with customers and related teams in a courteous, and effective manner
