What You'll Bring:


  • Minimum of Bachelor's degree required; Masters/MBA an asset.
  • 2+ years' experience in account management, finance, business planning and related analytics.
  • Strong math skills and a working knowledge of financial analysis.

Essential Skills:


  • Proficiency in modelling using large data sets and providing analysis to drive business decisions.
  • Ability to synthesize large amounts of data into business insights to focus/align senior leaders.
  • Proficiency in using Salesforce.
  • Experience/proficiency using Tableau and other visualization tools to enhance reporting.
  • Superior organizational skills with the ability to handle concurrent projects and priorities.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, proficiency in drafting executiveready presentations.
  • Proficiency in creating effective executiveready presentations.
  • Strong persuasive, sales and analytical skills, ability to influence without authority, ability to work with, align and influence others across organization including senior leaders and executive in various functions and internationally to drive projects to successful conclusion.

Impact You'll Make:


Core Duties / Responsibilities:


  • Delivering high quality forecasting and sales performance reporting in a weekly, monthly, and annual cadence to enhance revenue visibility and inform management decision making.

Supporting the Sales Leaders in:


  • Developing periodic and ad hoc analysis and reporting informing strategic planning and sales management.
  • Analysis informing sales incentive programs to maximize revenue and achieve strategic goals (e.g. pipeline build, revenue close, etc.).
  • Supporting the Manager, Sales Strategy & Analysis in facilitating the annual sales quota, compensation process.
