Job Overview
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate materials, locates, permits and other related information to ensure upcoming job sites are prepared and equipped for commencement of the job
- Prepare and assemble written reports (daily, weekly, monthly, etc.) as required
- Assist with budget preparation and tracking, and sales forecasting
- Prepare and issue Purchase Orders
- Generate invoices as required and collaborate internally with Accounts Receivable and Payable
- Provide day to day support to the Program Manager and GTA Operations/K-Tek teams
- General office administration including ordering office supplies, shipping and receiving functions, and scheduling customer appointments
- Compile weekly time sheets, allocating board classifications per employee and sending to Payroll
- Collect and submit customer specific documentation daily
- ESSR reports, Customer Action Forms, event reports, etc.
- Respond to all internal and external customer inquiries in a timely manner
- Assisting with the preparation of safety meeting materials
- Other duties may be assigned to support team activities
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum two (2) years' previous work experience in a Project Coordination, Administrative or related role
- High school diploma, or equivalent, is required
- Postsecondary education in a related field is strongly preferred
- Previous direct experience working in a high voltage construction environment is an asset
- Familiarity with SAGE is an asset
- Excellent computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft 36
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask efficiently and effectively while meeting tight deadlines
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision as well as in a team environment
- Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Keen eye for detail
- This position will be in office/remote based on business needs
