Description

HLST is looking for an experienced Production Manager to work in a very large laundry facility.

Must be organized, work well under pressure and have experience with scheduling, be organized and have experienced managing staff of over 50.

Must have a minimum of 3 years experience in a manufacturing facility We offer a great benefit package. Must have a minimum of (2) covid vaccines.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all aspects of production operations, including quality control, assembly, and process improvement.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize production efficiency and meet production targets.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to coordinate production schedules and resolve any issues that may arise.
Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Implement lean manufacturing principles to streamline processes and reduce waste.
Manage the plant's supply chain to ensure timely delivery of materials and components.

Skills:

Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team of production staff.
Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Mechanical knowledge and understanding of production equipment and machinery.
Proficient in supply chain management principles to optimize inventory levels and minimize costs.
Strong problemsolving skills to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
Knowledge of quality control processes to ensure products meet industry standards.

Salary:
$65,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
