End date:
August 23rd, 2024.
Work location:
Montreal Campus, St. Laurent.
Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of an HR talent management project during the term.
- Analyze, create business cases, and recommend next steps for talent management related initiatives including performance management and succession planning.
- Identify opportunities to improve and streamline existing processes and procedures based on customer feedback and experience.
- Present findings to groups of key stakeholders leveraging strong influencing skills and being open to receive feedback.
- Provide high quality HR support to internal customers (the HR community, business unit leaders and employees) with accurate and timely processing of information.
- Coordinate various HR programs and perform administrative tasks related to various departments
Qualifications:
- Student in Human Resources. preference for 4th year but 3rd year will also be considered.
- Very good knowledge of the Microsoft Office environment (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
- Ability to work with crossfunctional teams and diverse employee groups.
- Collaborate with a solutionoriented attitude.
- Highly organized with the ability to coordinate multiple projects with tight deadlines.
Desirable Skills - Knowledge of HR talent management methodologies and practices.
