General Information:

Internship duration: 4 months


Start date:
May 1st, 2024.


End date:
August 23rd, 2024.


Work location:
Montreal Campus, St. Laurent.


Responsibilities:


  • Take ownership of an HR talent management project during the term.
  • Analyze, create business cases, and recommend next steps for talent management related initiatives including performance management and succession planning.
  • Identify opportunities to improve and streamline existing processes and procedures based on customer feedback and experience.
  • Present findings to groups of key stakeholders leveraging strong influencing skills and being open to receive feedback.
  • Provide high quality HR support to internal customers (the HR community, business unit leaders and employees) with accurate and timely processing of information.
  • Coordinate various HR programs and perform administrative tasks related to various departments

Qualifications:


  • Student in Human Resources. preference for 4th year but 3rd year will also be considered.
  • Very good knowledge of the Microsoft Office environment (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
  • Ability to work with crossfunctional teams and diverse employee groups.
  • Collaborate with a solutionoriented attitude.
  • Highly organized with the ability to coordinate multiple projects with tight deadlines.
    Desirable Skills
  • Knowledge of HR talent management methodologies and practices.
