Golden Equity Properties has been specializing in the acquisition and management of multi-unit residential properties in the Quebec and Ontario markets since 2001.

Our organization is looking for a skilled and experienced. experienced Office Administrative Assistant to join our growing team at our office in Downtown

  • Montreal

What you will be doing:


  • Greets visitors by welcoming and directing them appropriately.
  • Answers and forwards incoming calls, providing basic information as needed.
  • Administrative real estate management work such as, posting ads for apartment rentals, filing out purchase orders and filing of documents.
  • Working closely with the team and Directors
  • Preparing spreadsheets for accounts payable staff.
  • Sorting, distributing incoming mail, packages and mailing documents and packages.
  • Responsible for tracking and ordering all office supplies.
  • Printing, scanning and photocopying documents.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
  • Ordering appliances for apartments units
  • Sending and receiving correspondence and packages by registered mail and/or courier
  • Keeps a clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

What You Will Bring to The Role

  • Qualifications_
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (English)
  • Functional verbal skills (French)
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize work and multitasking
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office / Outlook
  • Professionalism
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Education and

Experience Requirements:
_

- college degree or secretarial certificate is an asset

  • Familiarity with phone systems
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar position
  • Real estate experience is an asset
