The Day in the Life of a Site & Warehouse Manager


Every day you are responsible for ensuring and improving the performance, productivity, efficiency, and profitability of the warehouse by streamlining processes.

You oversee and ensure the cleanliness, maintenance, inventory, stocking, and repair of all warehouse and job site equipment and consumables.


You are required to oversee other employees in warehouse duties and will work alongside the crew to ensure the efficiency of all shipping and receiving components, including job site content.


Not only that, but you also support the emergency response and restoration projects to ensure the goals and needs of the insurance companies and our customers are being met.

You implement water remediation procedures on sites consistent with the IICRC S-500 Standard under the direction of the Large Loss Manager.

You enjoy supervising and mentoring Restoration Technicians that are working on your team and in the warehouse.


Qualifications:

  • 2+ years experience as a Warehouse Supervisor
  • Experience with inventory tracking and equipment maintenance
  • Computer and/or tablet/experience with Microsoft Office programs
  • Restoration/emergency industry, preferably working in the Emergency & Contents division experience preferred
  • The ability to mentor and train other employees on proper precautions, techniques, protocols, and safety measures.
  • Full G Driver's License
  • The ability to pass a background check
