HSIO, a division of Amphenol, is the market leader for high speed, high bandwidth electrical connectors for the Telecom/Datacom/Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning markets (Mobile Networks, Data Centers, Storage, Servers, Routers, Switches, etc.).

Our global headquarters are in Nashua, NH and we have design, sales and manufacturing locations globally. We are currently seeking a high energy Account Manager to join our team.


WHAT DOES AN ACCOUNT MANAGER DO?
This individual will have responsibility for several key OEM/ODM customers worldwide within the High-Speed Connector IO Business (HSIO). The position requires excellent communication skills but also has a substantial focus on customer cares and marketing/business analysis.

  • Know your customers and their projects/products, understand customers' critical demand and business environment.
  • Support customer activities, resolution of delivery, quality, inventory, and demand issues in an international and time sensitive environment.
  • Data driven with extensive analytical skills handling requests from different stakeholders (sales, customers, ODM/CMs, and production team from multiple sites globally).
  • Forecast analysis and preparing monthly forecast for key accounts.
  • Collaborate with sales and product managers on RFQ negotiations (prepare internal RFQ files and proposals). Participate in live negotiations with customer with focus on maximizing market share and margins.
  • Identify customer market opportunities and develop market share objectives, work with sales, product manager and operations to achieve those objectives and resolve any shortfalls to the plan.
  • Some travel may be required.

QUALIFICATIONS:


  • BS Degree in Marketing, Business, or related area
  • Advanced PC Skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint. Working ability with Vlookups, Pivot Tables, and other more advanced excel skills
  • 3 plus years of experience in Marketing, Customer Service, Sales, Planning or Finance
