- works well independently in a cool environment (walk-in cooler)
- has good communication skills

- understands the need for punctuality, efficiency, quality control, and customer satisfaction

- Must have morning availability

- Must have weekend availability

Your responsibilities:

Prepare burger meat in the walkin cooler fridge
Foster a fair and fun work environment
Working well as a team members
Ensuring customer satisfaction

Rudy is a fast casual restaurant known for its amazing griddle smashed cheeseburgers with traditional sides.

Our aim is to continue the quality of our product and brand that we have become known for as we expand.

High quality and simplicity is a big part of our motto.

Therefore, we grind our meat in house, make our own sauces and do not use toppings that could distract the customer from the enjoyment of the sandwich.

The value we strive for is to make people happy with good, simple food and create a fun and respectful work environment where team members can live up their strengths and be their best.

Compensation is between $15.50 -$16.50 per hour depending on experience level. Please note that we believe in hiring from within whenever possible and respect commitment and loyalty.
