- Maintain and update materials and equipment inventories
- Ability to plan, schedule and control costs for projects that fall within their control
- Responsible for supervision of skilled workers (Sub-Contractors) in such maintenances as generators, elevators, air conditioning, plumbing, and electrical
- Interface with internal and external customers ensuring effective communications regarding status and priority of work
- Inspect completed work
- Walkthrough, inspection and condition reporting of all areas of a facility
- Responsible for the efficient, effective, and successful control of all equipment maintenance, building structures, and property in accordance with approved practices, procedures, and methods
- Keeping accurate and uptodate logs and record readings, maintenance and repair work
- Perform all types of general building maintenance and repairs
- Knowledge of and ability to perform work and repairs on:
- Heating, ventilation and air-conditioning system and associated systems (belt and filter replacements);
- Plumbing systems (Isolate and repair minor leaks, assist plumbers);
- Electrical systems (bulb replacements, fixture changes, emergency light testing and repair);
- Generator Systems (basic testing, filter changes);
- Architectural Systems (drywall and painting, flooring, basic carpentry); and
- All other building systems necessary for the operation of the site
- Perform corrective maintenance of the Technical Systems
- Perform planned Preventive Maintenance of the Technical Systems (i.e. belts, filters, pumps, etc)
- Submit monthly performance reports detailing site activity
- Adherence to and implementation of health, safety, quality control and environmental policies and programs

- Computer literate

- Proven time management and organizational skills
- Must obtain Reliability security clearance
- Must obtain Controlled Goods Access clearance
- Must complete a criminal background check
- Must be able to respond to facility emergencies after hours
