MISSION


As a Quality Assurance Tech, you will be responsible for inspecting processes at various stages to ensure quality standards are met.

This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with different teams involved in the production process.


  • Incoming Inspection, inprocess inspection, and FG inspection.
  • Retain Quality Inspection Records and all quality related records.
  • Enter all orders inspected into finished goods and generate pick lists.
  • Advise production on questions relating to drawings, visual quality.
  • Approve all setups for in house hardware and approve last off.
  • Handle quality issues with incoming materials from suppliers.
  • Handle quality complaints from customers.
  • Assist with maintaining the measuring tools calibration cycle program.
  • Attend and participate in employee meetings/training.
  • Assist in completion of the administrative component of the customers complaints, as well as,FAIR,
  • PPAP, RMA, SMD, 8D, CAPA, SCAR, CAR, NCR, and I-NCR.
  • Maintain controlled documents.
  • Handle internal nonconforming material and corrective action implementation.
  • Prepare and issue of C of C's and review inspection reports.
  • Maintain originals code sheets and hardware including specs/drawings.
  • Approve all setups for inhouse hardware and last off.
  • Review, analyze, and circulate customer performance reports.
  • Advise production on questions relating to product quality.
  • Follow ISO and Health & Safety policies and procedures.
  • Implement and monitor continuous improvement functionality and prepare reports for the Quality
  • Meeting to allow for an analysis and identification of linked compliance relationships.
  • Assist in the progression of enhanced relationships with stakeholders including clients, customers, staff of programs and venues, through effective and innovative communication.
  • Adhere to all organizational policies, procedures, standards, and practices.
  • Act only in ways that advance company objectives, values, and reputation.
  • Other duties, consistent with skills and experience, as directed by the QA manager.

En tant que technicien en assurance qualité, vous serez chargé d'inspecter les processus à différents stades afin de garantir le respect des normes de qualité.
