Technical/Electrical Maintenance Supervisor

You will ensure that maintenance, repairs and upgrading activities are carried out efficiently and economically as possible in proper order and priority.

You will participate in the development, implementation and maintenance of comprehensive preventative, predictive and corrective maintenance planning and scheduling programs for all technical/electrical work.

Coordinates and supervises the work of technicians/technologists/electricians in their duties of performing installation, testing maintenance repairs, modifications, calibration, troubleshooting, commissioning and other duties associated with large hydro electric generating plants and associated structures.

You will assist with the development of realistic schedules which reflect the approved budget and resources available.

You will also ensure that the Safety and Health Program is an integral part of all planning and maintenance programs.

All other duties related to or associated with this classification.


You are responsible for your personal safety and that of co-workers by observing and promoting the company's Safety and Health Program and responsible for any environmental aspects of the job and performing work in an environmentally responsible manner.
