The Opportunity:

This individual will report to the Director, IT- HR & Comp and Learning Management Systems (LMS), and be able to effectively interact with the business partners and technical and operational resources.

You Are Great At:

The Systems Analyst will have the following responsibilities:

Responsible for end-to-end LMS product configuration, testing, and maintenance to support changes provided by business owners.
Reviews global design for LMS based on different use cases by the business owners.
Log incident tickets with LMS support and ensure timely followup for resolution.
In collaboration with the HRIS team, provide impact analysis and regression testing for proposed changes to the HRIS, Scheduling Systems, Payroll, and/or any downstream systems or financial reporting as required.
Collaborate with stakeholders and other business functions to design/maintain processes that will improve overall system effectiveness and efficiency.
Collaborate with Business Analysts, Project Leads, and IT team to resolve issues and ensure solutions are viable and consistent.
Enforce enterprise IT policies, procedures, and compliance within the HR IT work structure.
Create and maintain supporting technical documents pertaining to the platform and process.
Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies that address problem areas while staying up to date with current system releases.

What It Takes:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in relevant discipline
Experience with full cycle (endtoend) implementation of a Learning Management System.
Strong understanding of Learning Management Systems specific business processes
Experience with Docebo is preferred.
Experience with the SuccessFactors suite (including but not limited to EC, RCM, RMK, ONB 2.0, PMGM, Compensation, and Analytics) is nice to have.
Knowledge of Microsoft Visual Studio, IIS, and Microsoft SQL server is nice to have.
Selfstarter that can work effectively as part of a team or individual contributor.
Strong skills, including analytical thinking, problemsolving, and superior communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
