Job Description:

You will work in a new vertical within the Data & Analytics team, the R&D vertical, with the purpose of using our data to promote innovation in our products.

You will be asked to identify opportunities, test and experiment with different models that could have a major impact on our products.

This R&D position requires a good deal of autonomy, proactivity and tolerance of imperfection

You'll be responsible for:

Develop your knowledge of Officevibe and ShareGate product strategies and identify opportunities to leverage our data in our products.
Assess the potential impact of several opportunities.
Collect, clean, explore and manage large quantities of data, both structured and unstructured, internal and external, in order to test different models.

What will your future team look like?
You will be joining GSoft's Data & Analytics team, with expertise in various areas of data science. You will work closely with, among others, the team's data engineers, data analysts and data scientists.

You will also be called upon to partner very closely with our product teams to fully understand their contexts, objectives and data use.

Here are a few examples of technologies used by the Data & Analytics team: Python, SQL, Azure Synapse, Azure Data Factory, Azure Machine Learning, Mixpanel, PowerBI.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in artificial intelligence: knowledge of machine learning concepts and the main models (segmentation, anomaly detection, natural language processing, etc.);
Programming experience (Python, SQL);
Basic knowledge of data collection and storage techniques;
High level of autonomy;
Work experience with research, exploration and proof of concept projects, with an eye to project operationalization;
Ability to carry out technological watch and transform them into concrete initiatives that have an impact on our products;
Interest in and experience with data preparation and analysis;
Interest in the company's areas of business (business acumen);

Assets:

Experience working with cloud infrastructures;
Experience with Azure Machine Learning.
