About the role
We are looking for a
Customer Service Representative to join our growing team

Job location:

Hybrid model (4 days from home, 1 day from the office each week) at our downtown Montreal office (2020 Robert-Bourassa).

What you'll do here:

Answer incoming phone calls by demonstrating outstanding customer service.
Answer customer questions and make adjustments related to their customer account.
Promote selfservice by helping and guiding customers through the various tools available online or on their mobile device
Send documents or copies of policies to clients.
Respond to various customer needs such as answering general questions, proceeding with rememberships after cancellation and resolving problems encountered by customers.

What you bring to the table:

Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
Experience in a call center environment (asset)
High autonomy, dynamic, and strong communication skills

Proficient computer skills

Microsoft Office suite and others
Internet connection with a speed of at least 30 Mbit/s
Bilingual (French and English) _Required to answer calls and provide services to Englishspeaking clients on a regular basis_
No work experience in Canada required, but you must have authorization to work in Canada
