SUMMARY OF THE POSITION


Workland is proud to present a great career opportunity with one of its clients located in the Montreal area, currently looking to fill several summer job positions with talented students in the field of HR.

Our client is currently seeking highly motivated students who want to have the opportunity to learn and develop their skills in this field.


YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:

  • Support the Human Resources team in preparation of internal awareness campaigns and content;
  • Aid in the organization of internal events and meetings;
  • Assist with project managementrelated activities (meeting notes, action items, etc).

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THIS POSITION ARE:


  • University studies in a business, communicationsbased field, or human resources;
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office 365 tools;
  • Experience working with photo & video editing software;
  • Strong written communications skills required;
  • Bilingualism required (English & French).

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION:


  • Must be currently enrolled and have completed at least one year of university by May 2023;
  • Be enrolled in a fulltime program for the upcoming year (September 2023);
  • Legally entitled to work in Canada;
  • Able to work from the company's headquarters located in the West Island of Montreal;
  • Must have received double vaccination.
  • This position will be performed inperson with the possibility of occasional remote work, pending Government measures._
