About this team
The Growth Program team supports the greater Digital Marketing team through our Affiliate and Influencer partnerships.

These programs contribute to our overall Digital Marketing KPI's including revenue, ROAS, and new guest acquisition as well as lululemon's overall business needs and goals.

A day in the life:
The Influencer Specialist role will provide critical tactical support for the Influencer Marketing team.

Below are some of the responsibilities held within this role:

Support all aspects of influencer campaign execution and always on activations, including delivery of campaign briefs and look books, daytoday communication, contract negotiations, deliverable obligation monitoring and campaign budget management and reporting.
Help manage relationships with existing influencer partners by supporting with creative requests, gift card distribution, product seeding, product level information, and adhoc inquiries via the creator inbox.
Create & distribute weekly newsletters, and brand guides to ensure timely and accurate delivery of campaign details and marketing priorities to all partners.
Upload all creative assets & briefs into our influencer management platform.

Qualifications:

years online marketing experience, influencer marketing experience strongly preferred

Creative thinker & selfstarter who can solve complex relationship issues
Must be proactive, highly organized, and capable of balancing multiple people and performing multiple priorities simultaneously and successfully
Experience with Affiliate & Influencer platforms including Awin & Creator IQ
Intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & SharePoint)
Exhibit an enthusiastic and collaborative approach
Excellent project management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines
