Bilingual National Sales Coordinator **as part of our Canadian Manulife Bank team.


Key Accountabilities:


  • Find a better way. Working closely with the Sales Support & Event Lead, you'll recommend and go on to implement process solutions for the Sales Team that make things more efficient and just _better _.
  • Question the status quo. And then improve it. You'll look for ways to streamline and consolidate reporting and process.
  • Deliver customer excellence experience by setting sales team up for success as they start their career with Manulife. Look after new hires, terminations, status changes and leaves of absence with a customer first attitude and delivering accurate service through outlined processes and procedures.
  • Investigate better ways to do tasks and duties to help streamline processes.
  • Work with senior sales management, the Sales Support & Event Lead and the events team to help the administration side of events.
This includes the immediate sales team but can also involve partners from our primary distribution channels:
Financial Advisors and Brokers.

  • Use your mad analytical skills to bring order to chaos. Okay, maybe not fullon zombie apocalypse chaos, but you'll keep projects on track using databases checklists
  • Collaborate with other hardworking people to lead projects
  • Be a watchdog for issues as they crop up and be quick to recommend solutions and create processes to ensure they never come up again
  • Work closely with the sales team so the best solutions go forward perfectly

How will you create impact?


Reporting to the lead of the Sales Support & Events team, you will use your analytical skills to bring order to uncertainty, streamline processes and just make things better overall for the sales team.


What we are looking for

This is the job for you because you:

  • Fluent bilingual in French/English
  • Have a background in Customer service, Customer Experience, Sales support, or related program
  • Balance multiple priorities while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Are flexible and adaptable when dealing with change, including changing priorities and tight deadlines
  • Problemsolve at a strong level
  • Analyze at a strong level
  • Investigate problems without supervision
  • Learn quickly and are a selfstarter, who takes initiative and thrives in a fastpaced work environment
  • Demonstrate tact and professionalism and maintain confidentiality
  • Demonstrate strong PC skills with experience using Microsoft Office, especially Word and PowerPoint; ability to learn new technologies quickly
