JOB SUMMARY
Become a server within our latest Food and Beverage outlet.
Sosta, our second location after Toronto is a Fresh, Italian-influenced specialties that offer many delicious dishes such as wood-oven pizzas


Under the supervision of the Food and Beverage Manager, the Server is responsible for providing professional, knowledgeable, genuinely friendly, food and beverage service in a timely manner and deliver the ultimate guest experience.

YOUR ROLE

  • Prepare and serve all food and beverages
  • Adhere to all liquor laws and regulations
  • Perform related maintenance/cleaning of equipment
  • Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of bartop, service areas
  • Anticipate guest's needs, respond promptly and acknowledge guests even when busy
  • Ensure that all equipment is stored in the correct manner, in line with all food and beverage/conference and banqueting requirements and health & safety legislation.
  • All other duties as required

YOUR PROFILE

  • Previous serving experience in a reputable bar/restaurant
  • Professional, enthusiastic, energetic, a people person
  • Able to work and communicate well
  • Able to lift up to 50lb, reach, bend, push and stoop
  • Able to work in a standing position for a long period of time
