What YOU Will Do


Join us in innovation Join our team to explore and support project growth and delivery through BIM (Building Information Modeling) and VDC (Virtual Design and Construction) technologies.

Being very up to date with new technologies, you have acquired experience and a solid reputation in using the full potential of BIM/VDC.

In addition, your motivation is unequaled for the search for excellence in the realization of projects.

You will aim to achieve results through the coordination of all project activities carried out in a BIM / VDC process.

You fully master the BIM process when it comes to using its potential to solve problems and strive for excellence in design and construction.


  • Coordinate BIM/VDC services for building projects
  • Manage a team of VDC coordinators;
  • Foster and support the development of team members;
  • Define clear expectations of team members;
  • Ensure continuous improvement through feedback and training;
  • Actively foster a learning environment, share your knowledge and be an ambassador for innovation in the field of construction;
  • Organize, clarify and assign specific tasks and projects to team members
  • Be accountable for the quality and timely submission of deliverables;
  • Ensure alignment with operational teams and goals,identifying project needs that will be supported by the VDC team services;
  • Evaluate and optimize processes in collaboration with counterparts;
  • Communicateall the VDC services and tools available;
  • Evaluate the possibilities of offeringservices on projects;
  • Prepare project service offers with cost assessment in collaboration with the Innovation Manager;
  • Active participation in all phases of projects, from preconstruction to delivery;
  • Encourage your team to think outside the box to find innovative solutions and opportunities;
  • Report to the Innovation Manager;
  • Celebrate successes and be a key member of your work team

What YOU Will Bring

  • Hold a bachelor's degree in architecture, civil or construction engineering or have equivalent experience;
  • Possess 7 years or more of experience in coordinating building works in the construction industry;
  • Possess recognized expertise in BIM project coordination and a collaborative and solutionoriented mindset towards the team;
  • Possess experience in resource management
  • Master the use of BIM Coordination tools and, in particular for software: Revit, Navisworks, Autodesk Construction Cloud. Assemble, Fuzor, and ArcGIS will be an asset.
  • Have the ability to organize their work well in a multidisciplinary team;
  • Possess excellent analytical and professional communication skills, both written and oral.
