Description

This role is to assist day to day sales and operations duties which include pulling customer PO's off on-line portals and organizing them into an internal tracking sheet.

Other responsibilities include material, time and other data entries.


Job Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Pulling PO's off customer online portals and organizing into folders
  • Working with other departments within the organization on various data entries
  • Monthly inventory variance reconciliation
  • Backup time entry
  • Working with order processing to lower the number of suspended orders
  • Material input for aggregates
  • Other duties as may be required occasionally

Position Requirements:


  • Previous administrative experience, working to deadlines and ability to manage conflicting priorities
  • Methodical, organized work style with great attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly reporting functions in Excel
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in the field or related area
  • High School diploma or equivalent
