Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented person to join our team.

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in assisting individuals and families with the smooth transition of moving to a new location.

You will be responsible for answering questions, responding to moving inquiries, and overall ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.


Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding promptly and accurately to customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Assisting customers with product information, pricing, availability and platform usage.
  • Handling and resolving customer issues in a professional and courteous manner, escalating complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Building rapport and maintaining positive relationships with customers to enhance overall customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Keeping detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Collaborating with other departments and external partners to ensure seamless customer experiences and timely resolution of issues.
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures.
  • Providing feedback to management regarding customer trends, issues, and suggestions for improvement.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Bilingual (French and English).
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software or CRM systems, and the Google suite.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in highpressure situations and handle difficult customers with professionalism and empathy.
  • Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to think quickly and creatively to resolve customer issues.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
  • A positive attitude, a passion for customer service excellence, and a willingness to go above and beyond to meet customer needs.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.

  • Salary: $40,000 to $45,000 based on experience and skills
  • Start date: As soon as possible.

Salary:
$40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
