The E-commerce Assistants are essential in maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of online retail operations, contributing to customer satisfaction and business growth.

This role demands attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.


Responsibilities:


  • Assisting in product release and update, website optimization, and setting up promotional activities.
  • Assisting in working with the Marketing team to prepare marketing and promotional materials.
  • Assisting in handling presales to aftersales issues, improving customer satisfaction.

Qualification:


  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related areas.
  • A minimum of one year of Ecommerce experience is preferred,
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Experience in customer service and online retail platform management is highly preferable.
  • Proficient in computer skills.
  • Mandarin is highly preferable.

Salary:
$35,000.00-$40,000.00 per year
