Key Responsibilities:


Sponsorship & Recruitment

  • Lead sponsorship and partnership relations through establishing new and maintaining existing relationships with university and community partners
  • Contribute to the development of recruitment and selection materials, including campus info pkgs, case study materials, interview guides and presentation / workshop material
  • Manage recruitment event logistics, agenda and activities to ensure that each stakeholder is well supported and engaged

Program Management

  • Contribute to the development and execution of program strategy to ensure growth in program reputation, structure and quality
  • Lead the development, delivery and monitoring of all Grad and Intern Leadership Development curriculum
  • Collaborate with LDP Prime to develop, deliver and monitor Alumni Leadership Development curriculum
  • Proactively generate and lead new opportunities and drive new program initiatives to contribute in building a continuous lineup of high quality leaders
  • Coordinate grad and intern onboarding and transitions: including orientation, rotations, consulting projects and 'on the job' groups by working with crossfunctional teams
  • Track and analyse program and stakeholder progress, create and present updates to key stakeholders and senior leaders at regular intervals leveraging data and analysis

Stakeholder Management:


  • Program Prime for Early Talent Management & Campus Recruitment meeting groups
  • Manage all stakeholder communication and coordination related to special and executive events

Critical Qualifications:


  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and desire to work closely with early talent
  • Analytical mindset with a drive to understand data
  • Proficient in computer skills including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Access
  • Flexibility for working hours and travel
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in french and english (both written and verbal)
