Osler invites interested and qualified candidates to apply for sponsorship for the critical care certification program at Humber College. Successful applicants will receive funding for tuition, paid education time, and department orientation. Post certification, you commit to a 24-month full-time role in Osler's Critical Care Department.

Candidates will be chosen based on qualifications, virtual clinical testing, and panel interview.

• Registered with the Ontario College of Nurses
• Bachelor's of Science in Nursing preferred
• 6 months to 1 year acute care hospital experience
• Current BCLS (ACLS/CPR-HCP preferred)
• Completion of Coronary Care I (Coronary Care II preferred)
• Commitment to continuing education
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and decision-making skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent patient care and assessment skills
• References from current manager and clinical leader
• Osler's Values of Respect, Excellence, Service, Compassion, Innovation, and Collaboration
• Willingness to work at various Osler sites

Hours: Currently days/nights, 12-hour shifts, weekends included
