Description
The Human Resources Manager provides leadership for the HR function of the entire organization. The Human Resources Manager reports into the CEO and is a contributing member of the leadership team.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES (the incumbent may be asked to perform any combination of the following functions):

  • Develop and/or maintain, in conjunction with the CEO and leadership team, Ideal Warehouse Innovation's human resources and people strategy and framework to support company growth.
  • Provide employee relations support to all employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Recruit employees to open positions across the organization, including leadership roles when required including the salary negotiation process.
  • Maintain onboarding process for all new employees in tandem with their supervisor.
  • Provide expertise in efforts to strengthen workforce plans, build redundancy and anticipate succession needs within the business through succession planning with the leadership team.
  • Provide expertise in efforts to define and promote the company's culture of employee satisfaction, innovation, customer satisfaction, integrity, and quality.
  • Initiate and respond to the results of employee climate surveys to maintain positive culture.
  • Work with leaders to refine roles and responsibilities across the organization as Ideal Warehouse Innovations continues to grow, design and build an optimal organizational structure.
  • Work in tandem with the CEO to provide executive leadership and motivation to the entire Ideal Warehouse Innovations team.
  • Provide human resources advice/coaching to the leaders of the organization.
  • All other Human Resources related functions that aid in the success of the organization.

Requirements:


  • CHRP, CHRL or CHRE designation required
  • Manufacturing and distribution background is an asset
  • Proven experience (810 years) in progressive roles within the human resources field
  • 58 years experience in generalist or HR management type role
  • Excellence in developing and executing corporate strategy
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills and high EQ
  • Commitment to Ideal Warehouse Innovation's culture of employee satisfaction, innovation, customer satisfaction, integrity, and quality
