What is the opportunity?
The RBC Dominion Securities North York branch is currently seeking an Associate to join a Discretionary Wealth Advisor specialized in providing wealth management services to a sophisticated clientele.
You will participate in growing the business by providing exceptional and efficient service and by taking care of administrative duties related to client accounts and by responding to client inquiries.
What will you do?
- Assist with all administrative tasks related to managing client accounts and business development.
- Review daily activities in accounts and reconciling for accuracy on a time sensitive basis as needed.
- Identify, investigate and resolve all client inquiries accurately using all available resources
- Collate investment and wealth management virtual and written proposals for prospects and clients as instructed by the Advisor and Associate Advisor.
- Distribute and maintain electronic/virtual marketing materials and list maintenance
What do you need to succeed?
Must Have
- Successful completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct & Practices Handbook (CPH) Course prior to hire
- 23 years of experience in securities industry
- Ability to think beyond the task, adding to overall project objectives and improving process, where possible.
- Advanced organizational, time management skills and high attention to details.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of RBC Dominion Securities' systems and procedures, an asset
